These are either monopoly events or plot events without voice acting. They often feature 2 new SSR and use Normal Tears. After events end, the cards are obtainable again in Rotation banners with different pairings, sometimes they enter Large Event/Birthday card pools.
Monopoly events give 1 SR as event reward; this free SR will return in future limited-time tasks.
These are plot events with voice acting and a large number of rewards. They feature 4 new SSR and use Special Tears. After events are over, the cards are only obtainable again in its respective rerun.
Note: They seem to rerun Large Events as free DLCs (downloadable content) so players can access event story anytime. Event Banner Reruns are, of course, time-limited only. So far, Lost Gold has been made into DLC, and next one is going to be Skadi.
